Overview
We are hiring! Lehigh Valley Lawn is searching for Snow Plow Operators to join our team, in addition to Equipment Operators and Sidewalk Team Shovelers. Our company provides lawn and landscaping services to commercial and large residential accounts. Each team member at LVL serves our clients and our community through our 5 core values: dedication, integrity, service, growth, and loyalty.
As a Snow Plow Operator, you will prepare for, service during, and clean up after each snow event. These are part-time, on-call positions, so applicants must be available for every major snow event.
Our office is located in Zionsville, PA. All applicants must live in Zionsville or in a nearby area such as Old Zionsville, Powder Valley, Shimerville, Vera Cruz, and Hosensack.
Requirements for our Snow Plow Operator Position:
- Must be available for every major snow event
- Have at least 1 year of commercial snow removal experience
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Can pass a drug test before every snowstorm
- Can pass a criminal background check
- Comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and regulation
- Must have reliable transportation to our office in Zionsville, PA, or the assigned snow site
Snow Plow Operator Duties:
- Prepare for, service during, and clean up after each snow event
Pay Scale:
- Snow Plow Operators (Non-CDL): $35-$45 per hour
- This is dependent upon experience and equipment assignments
- Sidewalk Teams: $25-$35 per hour
- This is dependent upon experience and equipment assignments
- Equipment Operator: $35-$45 per hour
- This is dependent upon experience and equipment assignments
